Strictly Prohibited Content
You may not use Preserve Forever to upload, store, share, or distribute: any form of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM); content that exploits or endangers minors; non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII); violent or criminal content; or any content that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Enforcement
We operate a zero-tolerance policy toward CSAM and illegal content. If such content is detected or reported: access to the content will be immediately restricted; the account may be suspended or permanently banned; and reports will be submitted to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law, and to relevant law enforcement authorities.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for all content uploaded under your account. You must ensure that you have the legal right to store and share all content you upload to the platform.
Reporting Abuse
Users can report suspected violations by emailing abuse@preserveforever.photos. We review all reports promptly and take appropriate action. Reports are treated confidentially.
